JOB DESCRIPTION for the RRT, Respiratory Therapist
We are looking for a candidate to join our Respiratory Therapy department. The successful candidate will be a graduate of a program (Associate’s degree level) in Respiratory Therapy.
The RRT, Respiratory Therapist must have at least one year working in the Acute Hospital Setting. The Respiratory Care Practitioner is responsible for delivering routine and emergent respiratory therapies, tests and procedures to all age groups--- neonates to geriatric.
JOB REQUIREMENTS for the RRT, Respiratory Therapist
The RRT, Respiratory Therapist must have Current Texas License in Respiratory Care.
American Heart Association Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
PALS certification expected within one year of hire.
The RRT, Respiratory Therapist must maintain these certificates prior to their expiration date.
