Office Administrator (bilingual-preferred)


-        Able to handle high call volume.

-        Take detailed phone messages.

-        Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

-        Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.

-        Recruitment of candidates using telephone interviews, internet email, and all available tools to develop a professional relationship with candidates.

-        Ability to make outgoing calls and corresponding incoming.

-        Exhibition of tenacity and perseverance in a high rejection environment.

-        Detail oriented.

-        Be dependable.

-        Able to cold call business and set up appointments.

-        Good computer skills.

-        Friendly, outgoing.

-        Tech-savvy.

-        Social Media savvy.

-        Assist the team with special projects or events.

-        Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.

-        Copy, file, scan documents.

-        Greet visitors.
