Job Overview:
The Associate Clinical Director (ACD) is an entry level Clinical Leadership position with a clear career growth plan. Successful ACDs progress into Clinical Director and Executive Director positions as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations for the designated office or territory within a specified region
- Design, coordinate, and oversee assessment and intervention services and program offerings for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, behavior/social challenges, and other specific disorders
- Build and manage client intervention teams –Clinicians, Supervisors and Behavior Technicians, to ensure effective programming, team communication, program development, and collaboration with outside agencies/service providers
- Ensure quality service delivery at all levels
- Manage and resolve client, staff, and funding source concerns using solution-focused approaches
- Manage and oversee reports, clinical prescription fulfillment, parent support, Family/BT concerns, funding source communication/updates, productivity, etc.
- Responsible for building a referral pipeline of new clients and developing a strong clinical census through marketing and professional network development with health plans, diagnosing and referring professional’s and school systems
Required Qualifications :
Education/Training
- Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Communicative Disorders, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA Certification, required
Experience
- 2-5 years of demonstrated clinical management.
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare or related industry
